(11/20/12) - A few members of a local youth group braved the rainy, dark night to deliver a holiday turkey to those less fortunate.
The group is known as Men of 2Morrow.
They're dedicated to giving young men self worth, sharing positive role models, and promoting respect for others.
So they're using the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday to help some Flint area senior citizens in need.
Group members say they love being involved in something greater than themselves and organizers say it's all part of a bigger life lesson they're hoping to teach to the young men.
Volunteers will be back out Wednesday to deliver more turkeys. They say between 25 and 50 will be handed out.
