OWOSSO (WJRT) -

(11/26/12) - Two Owosso men charged in a deadly Thanksgiving day crash - are now out of jail.

The Shiawassee County Sheriff's Departments says both 20-year-old Charles Mitts and 19-year-old Kevin Hart have posted bail.

Each faces one count of "reckless driving causing death" in the death of 55-year-old Darrell Hall, also from Owosso.

Police believe Mitts and Hart were drag racing.

Hall was killed when he tried turning near Memorial Park.

His car was hit by one of their trucks.

Police say Mitts left the scene, but was later arrested at his home.
