TUSCOLA COUNTY (WJRT) -

(11/27/12) - A Tuscola County man will be formally charged Wednesday with eight felonies and seven misdemeanors.

Michigan State Police say the 28-year-old man rammed a DNR Conservation Officer's vehicle on Monday and then attempted to run from police.

During the chase, he crashed his car at the intersection of Murray and Riley Roads in Wells Township.

He, along with his infant and toddler daughters riding in the vehicle, were injured.

They were treated and released, but police arrested the man Tuesday, and he's accused of driving drunk.
