SAGINAW (WJRT) -
(11/28/12) - The attorney for Ken Bluew is requesting a new trial.
Bluew was convicted of murdering his pregnant girlfriend, Jennifer Webb, earlier this month, to avoid paying child support and hide the pregnancy from his wife.
The Saginaw News quotes his attorney saying Bluew's trial was flawed and he was denied a jury representative of his peers.
Bluew is serving a life sentence without parole.
