(11/30/12) - Former presidential candidate and Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee made a stop in Mid-Michigan Friday to promote new his book - dedicated to his grandchildren.
The book is titled "Dear Chandler, Dear Scarlett - A grandfather's thoughts on family, faith and things that matter most"
Huckabee said he wrote the book for parents and grandparents to encourage them to share stories with their loved ones.
The now talk show host has quite a following in the Flint area. Fans enjoyed getting their book signed and taking several pictures with the Governor.
He also gave his thoughts on the so-called fiscal cliff.
