MICHIGAN (WJRT) -
(12/03/12) - AT&T says its Michigan cell phone customers can now make and
receive calls.
Customers in six counties, including Genesee and Lapeer, were not able to make
or receive calls Monday morning.
Data, texting and landline services were not affected.
