Flint Cultural Center Holiday Walk a hit

Posted: Updated:
FLINT (WJRT) -

(12/04/12) - You could say it's officially the holiday season; the Flint cultural center held its annual Holiday Walk tonight.

The big attraction of the evening - Santa Claus and the mayor lit the Christmas tree.

But there was plenty more to do, and the entire cultural center was busy all night. From holiday crafts to live music, there was something for people of all ages.

Sloan Museum hosted a model railroad display, and people could visit the museum for free.

People say it's the perfect way to get into the Christmas spirit.

And it was also a night of giving. The Food Bank of Eastern Michigan collected non-parishable food and clothing.
