GRAND BLANC (WJRT) -
(01/23/13) - As soon as General Motors announced the Weld Tool Center would be closing, Grand Blanc officials have been focusing on what's next for the city.
The closure will have a big economic impact on the city. The Grand Blanc area will lose about $400,000 a year in tax money.
Wednesday at 7, City Council will discuss their future, and where to go from here. The plant is set to close by July.
