MIDLAND (WJRT) -
(01/23/13) - A Mid-Michigan judge is steeping down from the bench.
Midland County Circuit Court judge Jon Lauderbach announced he will resign at the end of February, after serving six years.
Lauderbach says he will help start up a new law office in the East End Development, under construction near the Dow Diamond.
It will be up to Gov. Snyder to appoint a replacement.
