Flint's compost operation at Chevy in the Hole is not compliance - ABC 12 – WJRT – Flint, MI

(01/29/13) - Flint's compost operation at the old Chevy in the Hole site is not in compliance with state law.

The Michigan Department of Environmental Quality say some problems include inconsistent record keeping and too much compost accumulating at the site.

The city is working on a plan to correct problems at the site.
