(01/29/13) - Flint has made its fourth and final payment to police officers who sued over the controversial "Citizens Service Bureau."
The now disbanded bureau was created by former Mayor Don Williamson in 2006.
It was made up of four black men and one white woman without following typical promotion procedure, according to the nearly 50 officers who sued.
Arbitrators ruled in their favor in July 2011.
The officers' attorney says nearly $5 million was paid out.
