MONTROSE TOWNSHIP (WJRT) -
(01/30/13) - A judge has ruled 23-year-old Jeramy Wagner, the man who was involved in a standoff with police at his Genesee County home, is competent to stand trial for the death of his 3-month-old son.
Wagner is charged with murder and first and second degree child abuse.
An autopsy revealed the baby boy died from a blow to the head.
Wagner was arrested on Oct. 20 after a three-hour stand off with police at his home in Montrose Township.
He was pronounced dead at Hurley five days earlier.
