(02/01/13) - Saginaw Police have identified the woman whose body was found near a vacant building on Tuesday.
The woman's body was discovered by a person who was walking by the building at Fourth and Walnut.
Police say an autopsy did not reveal a cause of death, but believe she died from exposure.
Investigators believe the woman's body may have been there for more than a day.
Police are waiting to talk with relatives from Detroit before releasing her name.
