
(02/01/13) - A Flint housing project plagued by delays for years takes a step forward.
Developers of the Renaissance of Smith Village says 18 of 30 homes in the first phase have passed their final inspections.
That means the new owners will be able to move into their new homes just north of downtown once their mortgages close. That should happen in the next few weeks.
