(02/01/13) - A man charged with killing a Flint store owner in 2007 will stand trial again this spring.
The jury couldn't reach a verdict in the murder trial of Harvey Lee Johnson and a judge declared a mistrial Thursday.
Johnson is charged with first degree murder and armed robbery in the death of Wajdi Badr.
He wasn't arrested until August of 2011, after new evidence was found linking him to Badr's murder.
Johnson's new trial is scheduled to start in April.
