'Shocks and Saves' game raises money, awareness

SAGINAW (WJRT) -

(02/02/13) - The Michigan CardioVascular Institute held it's sixth annual 'Shocks and Saves' charity hockey game Saturday night at The Dow Event Center.

Doctors and paramedics took the ice before the Saginaw Spirit game.

The game raises money for the installation of defibrillators, as well as general heart and health education.

Also on the ice, numerous former NHL players like Jason Woolley and Paul MacKinnon.
