
(02/05/13) - The man accused of shooting a woman and holding her captive for five days in Gladwin County, will undergo psychiatric testing.
Police say Shaun Cleary shot Cynthia Hartman twice in the head on Jan.15 in a cabin.
Cleary's attorney filed a motion Tuesday to have his client evaluated to see if he is competent to stand trial.
Cleary spent nine years in prison for assaulting a woman in 2000. His probation ended in 2011.
