BIRCH RUN (WJRT) -
(02/06/13) - A former Birch Run High School volunteer track coach is getting a new trial.
Logan Gaines was convicted last year of having sexual contact with three underage girls when he worked as a coach at the school.
He was sentenced to up to 15 years in prison.
A Saginaw County judge granted the request, which the prosecutors office agreed with, along with possible talks of a plea deal.
