(02/07/13) - The Flint Police Officers Union is suing the city, claiming its former emergency manager broke the law by imposing contract concessions.
Online court records show the union is seeking a temporary restraining order against the contract changes.
Reports say the changes include a 5 percent pay cut, reduced retirement benefits and more hours per shift.
A hearing is scheduled for Friday.
