(02/11/13) - Flint Mayor Dayne Walling will deliver his State of the City Address next Monday.
The big focus of Mayor Walling speech will be Flint's Master Plan.
He'll also touch on the city's challenges and accomplishments in 2012.
Mayor Walling will deliver the state of the City speech at 4 p.m. in City Council Chambers.
