FLINT (WJRT) -
(02/14/13) - A Flint man now faces a first degree child abuse charge for the abuse of a 4-month-old girl.
Police aren't commenting on the relationship between 28-year-old Brian Guest II and the baby.
Investigators say she suffered head injuries Sunday morning, and is in critical condition.
