(02/15/13) - A house is a total loss after a fire destroyed the home Thursday night in Saginaw County.
Several fire departments were called to the house around 11 p.m. on Carr Road. The fire was just south of Marion Road, between St. Charles and Chesaning.
It took about three hours to get the flames under control.
Lt. Paul Hemler from the Tri Township Fire Department says the two people living in the home got out safely.
Investigators are still trying to figure out where the fire started.
