FLINT (WJRT) -
(02/15/13) - Flint's legal department says it will enforce state law when it comes to the illegal sale of medical marihuana.
The Michigan Supreme Court ruled last week the retail sale of medical marihuana is illegal, and only licensed caregivers can sell it to five patients.
Medical marihuana dispensaries can also be shutdown under Michigan's public nuisance law.
