(02/19/13) - Charges have been issued in the shooting death of Curtis Thomas, in Flint, earlier this month.
Jermaine Evans is charged with murder, disinterment or mutilation of a dead body, as well as two gun charges.
Police says Jamar Evans, Jermaine's nephew, faces accessory and arson charges.
27-year-old Thomas was found shot, in the road, in 3900 block of Seneca the night of Feb. 3.
