MID-MICHIGAN (WJRT) -
(02/20/13) - Several Mid-Michigan communities will soon have more money to fight blight.
It's part of a national foreclosure settlement with big banks. Michigan will get $25 million.
$3.7 will go to the Genesee County Landbank. $1.7 is set aside for Saginaw County's Landbank.
Bay City, Mt. Pleasant, and Vassar are among the other communities that will receive money to help improve neighborhoods.
