SHIAWASSEE COUNTY (WJRT) -
(02/20/13) - Three men are arrested and charged with operating a meth lab and marijuana possession in Shiawassee County.
Thirty-year-old Joshua McGuire has already waived his right to a preliminary hearing.
Forty-one-year-old William Hart has requested a forensic test to determine if he is competent to stand trial.
The third man charged is 43-year-old Roy Green.
