CLARE COUNTY (WJRT) -
(02/21/13) - The Clare County Sheriff's Department says a missing 20-year-old
woman, from the Harrison area, has been found.
Ruthann Kramer was found Thursday morning in Wexford County, more than an hour
northwest of her home in Hatton Township.
Kramer was reported missing after she left her home Monday night around 9.
Deputies say she is back with her family and safe.
