DAVISON (WJRT) -
(02/22/13) - The fight to reopen a pair of Mid-Michigan hospice care centers continues.
ABC12 has learned that there is a change at the Davison Brian's House site.
The Cottage of Davison will host a grand opening there Friday. An open house for the new center, specializing in Assisted Living, Dementia and Alzheimer's, will be held from noon-6.
McLaren Home Care Group closed the Brian's House in Bay City and the Brian's House in Davison, saying changes in Medicare made it impossible to keep them running.
Since then, people have been fighting to get the centers reopened.
