GENESEE COUNTY (WJRT) -
(02/25/13) - Four female Genesee County Sheriff's Department deputies have filed a sexual misconduct/harassment lawsuit against former lieutenant Michael Chatterson and Genesee County.
Chatterson was fired in January and is charged with one count of second degree criminal sexual conduct and three counts of stalking.
The deputies' attorney, Glen Lenhoff, says what they had to endure from him for so long is outrageous.
Chatterson's attorney, Frank Manley, says it is unfortunate his client is being attacked and hasn't even been to court yet.
Chatterson has a hearing scheduled this week.
