(02/26/13) - A group of Mid-Michigan radio stations is hoping you'll grab a box of cereal - and donate it.
Cars 108, Club 93.7, and Banana 101.5 are hosting a week-long cereal drive to benefit the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan.
Tuesday, Randy Wise Automotive in Fenton collected boxes.
"Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and the Food Bank just wants to make sure that kids have ample food and they start their day off on the right foot, ya know, just want to make sure that we get that most important meal of the day taken care of for them," said Christopher Wise, vice president, Randy Wise Automotive.
Randy Wise will be collecting cereal until 6 p.m. Tuesday. Wednesday, Shiawassee Sports Center in Birch Run is collecting boxes. On Thursday, you can stop by Imlay City Ford. Friday, the Family Community Credit Union in Burton will open its doors for the drive.
