MIDLAND COUNTY (WJRT) -
(03/06/13) - A house fire has shut down a stretch of road in Midland County.
Gordonville Road, between Pine River and 4 3/4 Mile Roads, is closed. That's in Homer Township.
Firefighters were called to the house just after 9 Wednesday morning.
The couple who lives in the house were not home when the fired started.
Several fire departments are on the scene trying to put out the stubborn fire.
It's not yet clear how the fire started.
