(03/14/13) - The wife of Joel Wilson, the Saginaw business man accused of taking
part in a Ponzi scheme, is now charged with lying to police.
Investigators say Joel Wilson left the country after he was charged in January
with defrauding investors through his business, Diversified Financial Group in
Bay City.
Wilson promised to use their money to fix up and sell distressed homes in Bay
City and Saginaw.
Police say Wilson's wife lied during a police interview when they were trying to
locate him.
