BAY COUNTY (WJRT) -
(03/15/13) - Orange barrels out on the roads for Mid-Michigan drivers means months of construction, and it all starts Friday.
Crews will be rebuilding M-13 and M-84 in Bay County.
The project will affect Salzburg Avenue, from Euclid to the Lafayette Bridge.
