FLINT TOWNSHIP (WJRT) -
(03/15/13) - Michigan State Police are working to track down a man who, they believe, tried to carjack a woman at a Flint Township Kroger.
It happened Tuesday morning at the Kroger on Corunna Road near I-75. The woman told police a man got into her car, holding a knife and told her to drive.
After traveling several blocks, he told her to get out and tried to take her purse.
The man fell out of the car when the woman hit the accelerator.
The man is described as a black man, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, 180 pounds with a medium build and dark complexion.
