They've been waiting for nearly two years to move into their home in Flint's Smith Village.
But, so far not one person has moved in.
Their cries for answers are getting louder.
We met Robbie Grier last December and toured her smith village house. Friday night, she is still waiting to move into that house.
Changes in contractors, management and other issues lead to project delays.
In February, developers of the 'Renaissance of Smith Village' said 18 of 30 homes in the first phase have passed final inspections.
Grier says she just wants a resolution. "They make promises, but it seems like nothing is happening. It's time to get to an end, whatever that end is, it's time to get there."
