FLINT (WJRT) -

(03/20/13) - We now know just how much money Flint's Hurley Medical Center paid three employees to settle a racial discrimination lawsuit.

Hurley's CEO announced the settlement nearly a month ago - after Tonya Battle, a veteran nurse - accused Hurley of honoring a father's request that no black nurses care for his infant while in the Neo-Natal Intensive Care Unit.

Battle is being paid $110,000.

Two other women, who are also black and also worked in the NICU, will each receive more than $41,000.
