FLINT (WJRT) -
(03/21/13) - A highly visible change is coming to downtown Flint this summer.
The winner of the inaugural Flat Lot pavilion design competition was revealed Thursday morning.
A design by a team based out of London topped the more than 220 entries.
The mirrored structure will resemble a house that appears to be suspended in the air above the flat lot.
Construction on the structure is expected to begin in mid-April.
