(08/19/13) - Buena Vista Township Clerk, Gloria Platko, has filed a lawsuit.
Platko made national headlines, in April, when she used the "n-word" to describe Township Supervisor Dwyane Parker.
Now she's claiming the township denied her request for a copy of a video recording of a meeting, where the audio of her using a racial slur was played.
The lawsuit claims Interim Township Manager Dexter Mitchell and the Township say Mitchell used his own device to record the meeting.
