(08/19/13) - A Bay City man has pleaded no contest in the 2011 murder of Lonnie Houston.
Kaleb Rosin was in court, Monday.
In exchange for his plea, the prosecutor dropped several charges against Rosin.
Stephen Ashley was sentenced last month to life in prison for shooting and killing Houston.
Houston's body was found in a burned up car in Saginaw County.
Ashley's attorney says he shot Houston because he believed Houston was going to kill him over a drug debt.
A third man charged in the case, Brett Vaughn, also pleaded no contest.
Both Rosin and Vaughn are expected to be sentenced next month.
