(08/30/13) - If you're looking for something fun to do, close to home, look no further than Frankenmuth.
Friday, the ribbon was cut on the area's newest attraction. It's called the 'The Adventure Park at Frankenmuth'.
It's made up of a series of raised platforms, zip lines and cables, all hidden away in the forest.
It was built to compliment what Michigan's Little Bavaria already has to offer.
"Frankenmuth has always been a great draw, but now we've got something that really is focused more on entertainment, that has little more of a physical touch to it, and now you've got some place where you can burn off the chicken and the beer," said Dennis Krafft, whose family owns the park property.
If you were to do the entire course, it would take about 3-4 hours.
You'll find the adventure park off of Weiss, behind Sullivan's Black Forest.
