FLINT (WJRT) -

He's being held on an unrelated, outstanding drunken driving warrant, according to Police Chief James Tolbert.

Tolbert said the man went to the police department, Wednesday, after seeing his picture in the news.

Police released a sketch, surveillance video and still pictures Tuesday. The images showed him in a McDonald's drive-thru, early the morning of Nov. 2.

A woman working there told Hill's mother, Laticia Hill, Hill was with him.

Tolbert said the man admits he was with Hill. Police are still working to confirm his account of the time he was with her.

Hill is still missing.
