(12/11/13) - The pregnant wife of the man accused of killing a state trooper - is headed to prison.

Sarah Knysz, of Owosso, told a judge she was afraid of her husband and that's why she helped him.

She was sentenced to two to five years in prison as an accessory after the fact and for auto theft.

Eric Knysz goes on trial for murder in February. He's accused of killing Trooper Paul Butterfield, a Bridgeport Township native, during a Mason County traffic stop in September.

His wife has agreed to testify against him.
