Mother of missing Flint teen offers cash reward for safe return

FLINT (WJRT) -

(12/13/13) - The mother of missing Flint teen Allante Hill is now offering an undisclosed cash reward for her safe return.

Allante, 19, was last seen early the morning of Nov. 2. Her family just wants her home.

"Jan. 1-2 will be two months," said Laticia Hill, Allante's mother. "Everyday is harder. All I want is my daughter returned back home safely."

Laticia has posted cash for a reward because she knows people can be motivated by money.

She didn't want to say, just yet, how much is being offered because money is still being collected.

Allante was last seen at a Flint McDonald's drive-thru, with a man, early the morning of Nov. 2.

After police released surveillance pictures to the media, that man voluntarily went to speak with officers.

He was lodged then, in the city lockup, on an outstanding, unrelated charge. ABC12 was not able to contact police to see if he's still jailed.

Police have said he said Allante was safe, and alive, the last time he saw her.

Allante's mother doesn't know what to think.

"I still haven't ruled it out because she's still not home," she said.

Family and friends have held two searches and a prayer service. They've passed out fliers, checked wooded areas and abandoned homes hoping to stumble upon something.

Laticia continues to post her daughter's picture online to keep reminding people she's still missing.

"My goal is just to get her back home safely," she said.

If you have any information about Allante, please call Flint Police Officer Al Williams at 810-237-6821.

Laticia says she's in the process of starting an organization called "For the Voiceless" to help educate young people about safety and families of missing children. She hopes to get it up and running by spring.
