Clare County trio charged with operating a meth lab

CLARE COUNTY (WJRT) -

(12/14/13) - Three people are waking up behind bars accused of breaking into a home, and operating a meth lab.

A Clare County judge formally charged Crystal Burns and David Wright both of Farwell, and Joshua Vandyke of Harrison, Friday.

Burns, 18, is charged with Conspiracy to Operate a Meth Lab, Home Invasion Second Degree, and Possession of Meth.

Wright, 48, is charged with Conspiracy to Operate a Meth Lab, Home Invasion Second Degree, Possession of Meth, and Habitual Offender 4th Offense. He's also being held on a parole violation.

Vandyke, 22, is charged with Conspiracy to Operate a Meth Lab, Home Invasion Second Degree, and Habitual Offender 4th Offense.

The Clare County Sheriff says they were arrested earlier this week after the trio after they broke into a Surrey Township home, and set up a meth lab.

A fourth person also connected to the case has been arrested, but not charged yet.
