(01/14/14) - The Genesee County Salvation Army still needs your help.
Even though the holidays are over, the 2013 Red Kettle Campaign continues because the organization fell short of its goal - more than $54,000 short.
The Army says the lack of donations will impact the services it offers throughout the year.
Donations are still being accepted at the Army's location on West Kearsley Street in Flint.
Just stop by or mail them in.
A spokesperson says a number of things may have lead to the short-fall, including a late Thanksgiving and the extreme weather conditions.
