Former substitute teacher accused of taping mouths of students turns himself in

FLINT (WJRT) -

(01/29/14) - We now know the former Flint substitute teacher, accused of taping students mouths at Brownell STEM Academy in December, turned himself in last week to face the 15 charges against him.

Forty-seven-year-old Ian Moten is charged with 15 counts of assault and battery. They are misdemeanors.

Moten has another hearing scheduled next week.
