(02/05/14) - A Livingston County ambulance driver will not face criminal charges for hitting and killing a man, who police say was lying in the road.
The driver hit 49-year-old Patrick Billo in Genoa Township on Nov. 18.
Officers say Billo was drunk.
The driver says he thought he hit trash or debris.
The county prosecutor says the circumstances surrounding the accident are not enough to justify criminal charges.
