(02/17/14) - Police in Clinton County are trying to figure out how a Michigan State student, from Owosso, ended up on the side of the road.
Bath Township police say a nurse, who was driving by, called 911 Sunday night after she saw Dustyn Frolka on I-69 at the East Lansing exit.
Frolka was in respiratory distress.
The nurse performed first aid on the 19 year old until the ambulance arrived.
Frolka was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
As his death is investigated, it is being treated as a homicide.
