FENTON (WJRT) -

(02/26/14) - We're learning more about the woman who died in a Flint Township house fire.

Her co-workers are now asking the community to help rally around her family.

Twenty-nine-year-old Tiffany Dorman did not survive an early morning fire at her home in the 1100 block of Lask Drive.

A State Police fire investigator says the cause is not suspicious and at this point is classified as "careless discard of smoking materials" in the garage.

Dorman's two young boys, ages 2 and 11, did made it out of the home, thanks to the quick actions of her boyfriend and father of the youngest child.

But, all three do have very serious injuries.

Now, Dorman's co-workers at a Buffalo Wild Wings in Fenton, are doing their part to help them through the tragedy.

Dorman's coworkers set up a web page - tiffanydorman.org - where people can donate to help the family.

Miranda Robinson worked with Dorman and says she was wonderful and upbeat all the time.

"She always came in with a great attitude, good smile, dancing around here, making everybody happy," says Robinson.

Robinson is the assistant managing partner at the Fenton store. She says they are taking donations at Buffalo Wild Wings in Fenton. They are accepting clothes and even cash.

Miranda has also contacted other restaurant locations in Mid-Michigan and beyond to work with them on accepting donations.

She's doing all she can to help the two boys Dorman left behind.

"Make those children feel as though they have something after they lost their mom, I would hope that as a community and just as a good person that people would donate to make life for these kids again," Robinson said.

Robinson says a memorial fund will be set up for Dorman at First Merit Bank, called the "Tiffany Dorman Memorial Fund".
