Truck pulled out of Saginaw Bay

Posted: Updated:

(03/16/14) - Crews pulled a Chevy Silverado truck from the Saginaw Bay Saturday afternoon. It took nearly six hour to pull the truck from 4 feet of water onto solid ice.

No one was injured during the incident, but this does serve as another reminder to be careful when stepping out on the ice.

The Coast Guard is asking everyone take caution as the temperatures continue to rise and the ice thins out.
